Electronic Communication

As a whole the use of electronic communication was used very wisely in this class. With the different electronic devices used it really gave a growth to an aftermath of this class. The forms of electronic devices we used were the class website (the moodle) and blogs.

At Iowa State the majority of all classes use a form of electronic communication called WebCT. This program helps students to very broadly engage themselves online to help find usable information for each class. English 250 did not use this program and I am very thankful we didn’t. Our class used another program called the moodle, this site was useful because everything about and for this class was posted on this site. It made class and life much easier because it made us feel more connected and controlling of the assignments we were given.

Next we used another popular electronic communication form called blogs. This helped us to create our own database where we could place our assignments. Also it helped us to create a place to show off our work which made me feel more accomplished with my skills. Many businesses these days use blogs to help organize work and to make closer connections with customers. This is a valuable skill that I obtained through this process and I am glad that I will be able to use it later in life.
